DESCRIPTION:Tse Dup – 5 Element Healing \nJune 18th @ 7pm – 8pm In Person & on Zoom  \nCosmic Connections – 2117 8th Ave S\, Nashville\, TN \nCalm your mind and relax into your heart with this ancient Tibetan healing ritual that melts away stress and takes you deeply into your self\, expanding your awareness and renewing your connection with everything around you. \nThis healing ritual helps to strengthen the life force and soul energy by balancing the spiritual essence of the 5 elements Fire\, Air\, Earth\, Water & Space which are represented in the body. Energetic imbalances can cause all kinds of issues such as depression\, illness\, bad luck and obstacles in ones life. This practice can help restore a sense of joy\, well being\, and compassion for others  while giving relief from those imbalances\, including physical symptoms. \nThe healing ceremony is performed in the traditional Tibetan way\, through the healing sound of drumming\, mantras\, invocations to the 5 elements and energetic blessing. There is nothing to do on your part but relax and meditate. \nIn Person – Offered by candlelight\, yoga mats provided\, please bring a pillow and blanket if needed. \nBy Zoom – Offered in the comfort of your own home. After you register you will be sent the Zoom link.
