Rooted in the wisdom of the Tibetan tradition\, this ceremony calls upon deep\, transformative energies to clear the unseen blocks that may be holding you back. \nShe will begin by sharing insights into the Tse Dup practice\, often known as a longevity practice\, revered for its ability to strengthen the life force\, extend the life span and nurture the soul at its deepest level. \nAs part of the ceremony\, you’ll be invited to write down a personal struggle or challenge —something you wish to release. These notes\, kept entirely anonymous\, will be placed in a singing bowl at the heart of the shrine. There\, they’ll receive the healing energy of a ritual invocation to Yeshe Walmo\, the radiant Tibetan goddess of wisdom\, protection\, and transformation. \nIn these times of rapid change and uncertainty\, many of us are navigating unseen struggles. This ceremony is a sacred space to release\, to receive\, and to reconnect with your inner strength. \nCome with an open heart.
